The clients' primary need was to create an additional room for a home office. To meet this request, the entire internal layout was redesigned, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area in the brightest part of the apartment. Simultaneously, a complete renovation of materials, finishes, and furnishings was carried out to give the home a more contemporary and functional character. The project also included a total overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring modern comfort and performance.
