Objective
The client's request stemmed from the need to completely reconfigure the top floor of the building—originally divided into just two residential units—with the goal of transforming it into a functional and elegant hospitality facility.
The new project provides for the subdivision of the floor into four independent units: the two original entrances provide access, on one side, to three autonomous rooms and, on the other, to a complete apartment, intended for longer stays or for those seeking more spacious and independent accommodations.
Through this spatial reorganization, we were able to offer various accommodation types designed to meet different needs, thereby expanding the property's target market. This balance between flexibility and hospitality makes the B&B suitable for a wide range of travelers.
Result
The project began with an accurate planimetric study, aimed at defining the ideal layout and maximizing every inch of the floor plan. Once the optimal configuration for the four units was identified, the focus shifted to 3D modeling and the creation of photorealistic renders, allowing for a clear visualization of the final result.
Each unit was designed with its own identity, using different materials and textures to make it unique; yet, they all share a stylistic coherence that unites the entire project. The harmonious use of natural tones ensures visual continuity and a sense of belonging throughout the spaces.
