Casa Rosetta
Bordighera (IM) - Italia | Dicembre 2023
Objective
The clients asked me to completely redesign the first floor of a two-unit apartment building, with the aim of making the units connect but still allow for separation when needed. Each space was designed to ensure privacy and comfort, while accommodating the needs of a family with two children and numerous friends.
The heart of the project is a large, bright and fluid open space, designed for convivial moments: an environment where life together can be felt and breathed, and where every encounter becomes special.
Result
Following in-depth discussions with the clients and a precise definition of their needs, we outlined the new floor plan for the accommodation and redesigned all the systems – from air conditioning to plumbing, from electrical to plasterboard where necessary. Every detail, from materials to finishes, colours to furniture layout, was carefully studied, including through 3D modelling, to allow clients to visualise the results of their choices in advance and experience every step of the project with awareness and satisfaction.
The result is a tailor-made home, designed to evolve with the family and with time, capable of adapting to every need and fully reflecting their taste.
